Supervisor Name Is Not Displayed in Doctor View

Description:

In the Doctor View page, the Supervisor Name is not displayed even though a supervisor has been assigned to the doctor. This prevents users from viewing the assigned supervisor information.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Office → Doctors.
2. Create or edit a doctor and assign a Supervisor.
3. Save the doctor details.
4. Open the doctor in View mode.
5. Observe the Supervisor Name field.

Actual Result:

The Supervisor Name is not displayed in the Doctor View page.

Expected Result:

The assigned Supervisor Name should be displayed correctly in the Doctor View page.
